Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
● For a major failure with a product or service, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
● If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
A major failure occurs when an item is significantly different from the description, substantially unfit for its purpose, or unsafe.

Please choose your products carefully. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind or for products that were ordered incorrectly.
Return Shipping
For any approved returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it within 10 business days to your original payment method.
